We offer free standard shipping Australia wide for purchases over $100.00

A flat rate of $10 for standard shipping for purchases under $100.00

A flat rate of $15 for express shipping on all orders 

We offer international shipping to select countries. Cost is determined at check out. 

If for what ever reason you wish to return your purchase we happily offer a full refund or exchange to the nominated bank account. 

Products are to be returned within 14 business days of receiving, for full refund or exchange. 

Costs of return shipping is covered by the buyer unless products are proven to be faulty. 

Products are required to be returned in their original packaging, unopened, unused with all tags attached. 

* Sanitary items and vitamins are non refundable or exchangeable unless proven faulty.

1) Your invoice code and item code

2) The item details 

3) If you wish to return or exchange 

4) Your reason for return or exchange (purely for feedback)

Pack the items you wish to return/exchange along with the hard copy invoice. 

We recommend trackable postage to avoid any unforeseen issues.

We will promptly process the request once received by our team.
